The Sejuk Pro® Handheld Cooling Fan has 5 different power settings, right from low up till max speed.
How long does the battery for this fan last?
This depends on which mode is primarily used. The battery can last for up to 20+ hours on a single charge, however using more intensive modes will reduce the battery efficiency.

How do I charge this cooling fan?
The fan comes with a USB-A to USB-C cord, which can plugged into an adaptor to charge the device. If you'd like to use your own USB-C cord that works too, just make sure it is a 5V input cord.
How do I change modes on this handheld fan?
The Sejuk Pro® works on a very simple one-button system. Simply tap the button to turn the device.
Tap 1: Device on, Mode 1
Tap 2: Mode 2, 25% Power
Tap 3: Mode 3, 50% Power
Tap 4: Mode 4, 75% Power
Tap 5: Mode 5, 100% Power
Tap 6: Device off.
Note: You can also hold the button to cycle through from 0-100% intensity.
Can you ship to rural addresses?
Yep! This shouldn't be an issue. Please allow an extra 1-2 Days upon the normal delivery service.
Can I take this portable fan overseas?
Yep! This fan is okay to take overseas, provided it is kept in your carry-on baggage. As this fan contains a lithium battery it is not permitted in checked luggage.
